Instructions

1: Preheat oven to 400 F.

2: Place sausages in a baking dish; score them and drizzle some olive oil; roast for about 20 minutes; let cool and slice.

3: Slice red onion and pepper and sauté in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

4: Preheat oven to 500 F.

5: Stretch pizza dough and smear the sauce; sprinkle most of the mozzarella cheese; add your sliced sausages, peppers, and onion; top with the rest of the cheese and some oregano.

6: Bake until crispy for about 8 minutes.

7: Top with Parmigiano Reggiano, chives, smoky chili flakes and enjoy!
