tsp honey

cup strawberries

tbsp sugar

tsp balsamic glaze

thyme

basil leaves

fine sea salt

Instructions

1: Wash your strawberries and add them to a pan/saucepan along with 1 tablespoon sugar and cook until the juices are released; add in balsamic glaze and cook until slightly thickened; set aside.

2: Drizzle olive oil and toast your bread.

3: To make the cheese mixture, mix goat cheese, mascarpone and honey.

4: Smear the cheese on the bread, add your balsamic strawberries, finish with thyme, basil, flaky salt and enjoy!
