What you need
cup nut butter

orange
lemon

tsp vanilla bean paste

tsp instant yeast
tbsp vegetable oil

oz salted butter

cup gluten free all purpose flour

cup cane sugar

cup milk
Instructions
1. To a mixer add milk, sugar, yeast, vanilla and zest and beat until fluffy; then sift your flour and add the dough attachment and start kneading for about 10 mins as you slowly incorporate the butter and oil; 2. Add to a floured surface and stretch the dough, shape it into a ball and add to a greased bowl, cover and let it rest in slightly warmed up oven for about 3 hours or until more than doubled in size; 3. Split the dough into 3 equal parts and roll it, add Nutella and roll it into a stick; repeat for each one and then braid them as you pinch each side of the braid; 4. Add to a greased pan, brush egg wash, sprinkle coarse sugar and add almonds; let it proof again for another one hour in a slightly warmed up oven; 5. Bake at 350 F for about 50 mins as you cover with aluminum foil once the top starts browning; 6. Let it cool if you can wait or dig in immediately 😋View original recipe
