A comforting French Onion Chicken Breast dish that melts in your mouth, made with skin-on chicken breasts, onions, and a flavorful broth, garnished with Parmigiano Reggiano and herbs.

What you need

chicken breast

oz yellow onion

tbsp butter

cup white wine

tsp paprika

tsp smoked paprika
tsp salt

black pepper
cup chicken broth

thyme sprigs

rosemary

bay leaf

garlic clove

cup parmigiano reggiano

chili flakes

chive
Instructions
1: Preheat oven at 400F. 2: Pat dry chicken breast and season with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. 3: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden; set aside. 4: Add more olive oil and sauté your onions; season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cook until softened. 5: Add butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf, stir to combine; pour wine and cook it half way down. 6: Add bone broth and bring the chicken back into the pan. 7: Finish cooking in the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165 F. 8: Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano, chili flakes, chives and enjoy!View original recipe
