1. Roll the middle of your pizza dough on a floured surface, stretch and open the edges of the dough over the pan;

3. Bake on the lower rack in a preheated oven at 550 F for about 10-12 mins or desired doneness;
4. Finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Regiano and smoke chili flakes and enjoy!
