Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 F. 2: Wash and trim asparagus; place it on a baking sheet and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 12-15 minutes. 3: Add tomatoes to a small baking dish; season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, and roast for 12-15 minutes. 4: Top asparagus with mozzarella and breadcrumbs and broil until the cheese gets melty. 5: Mix roasted tomatoes with balsamic reduction. 6: Once asparagus is out of the oven, top with the balsamic tomatoes, basil, more black pepper, and enjoy!View original recipe
