Instructions
1: Wash and remove the stem of your cabbage and slice in half and then into slices. 2: Add olive oil to your skillet and arrange the cabbage slices; season with salt, pepper and olive oil; cover and roast at 400°F for about 25 mins. 3: Add tomatoes; season and roast uncovered for another 45 mins. 4: To make the gremolata, process all ingredients above and pour over the cabbage.View original recipe
