What you need

lb lobster meat

tbsp butter

garlic clove

cup white wine

lemon
tsp salt

black pepper
tbsp fresh parsley

tsp chive

Instructions
1: Defrost and rinse lobster meat, pat it dry and sauté in 2 tbs olive oil and 2 tbs butter, season with salt and pepper, cook for a few minutes and set it aside; don’t overcook it or it will get rubbery. 2: Into the same pan, crush some garlic and cook until fragrant, add wine and lemon juice; reduce halfway; add the rest of the butter, let it melt, bring lobster meat back into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes; adjust salt and pepper. 3: Finish with parsley and chives; serve with garlic rubbed crostini and enjoy.View original recipe
