What you need

lemon

cup plain greek yogurt

oz feta

tbsp dill

tbsp parsley

ground black pepper
tsp salt
clove garlic

lb radish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 F; 2. Wash and pat dry radishes, cut in half and season with olive oil, garlic, dill, parsley, salt and pepper; roast for about 20 minutes as you toss them half way; 3. In the meantime add feta, yogurt, garlic, dill, salt, water, lemon zest and juice to a food processor and give it a blitz; 4. Once roasted dip in and enjoy!View original recipe
