Buffalo Chicken Cups

What you need

blue cheese dressing

chicken breast

tsp dry yeast

cup buffalo sauce

cup all purpose flour

tbsp feta

tsp kosher salt

tsp honey

chive

oz cream cheese

cup fresh mozzarella

cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Add water, salt, yeast, oil, flour and honey to your mixer bowl with the hook attachment; alternative you may knead by hand; 2. Knead for about 5-7 mins until the dough starts separating from sides of the bowl; 3. Fold the edges of the dough several times to stretch the gluten strands and shape it into a ball; 4. Add dough to a greased bowl, cover it and let it rest for at least 3 hours at room temperature or in a zipper bag overnight; 5. To make the Buffalo chicken mixture- cube chicken breast and mix with cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, Buffalo sauce, cheddar and mozzarella; 6. Roll room temperate dough on a floured surface and cut 12 squares and place them into the greased muffin pan holes; add a large scoop of Buffalo chicken and sprinkle cheese on top; bake at 400 F for about 15 mins until the dough is golden and cheese is bubbly!
