A delicious Restaurant Quality Salsa Verde perfect for chips, enchiladas, burritos, or Chile Rellenos. This salsa is made by roasting tomatillos, onions, garlic, and jalapeños, then blending them with cilantro and red wine vinegar for a fresh, vibrant flavor.

What you need

lb tomatillo

yellow onion

garlic clove

jalapeno

cilantro
tsp salt

black pepper
tsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
1: Peel and wash tomatillos and cut in half if any are significantly larger than others. 2: Roughly chop and split the layers of the onion and de-seed jalapeño. 3: Add tomatillos, onions, garlic, and jalapeños to a baking sheet and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 4: Bake at 500 F for 10 mins, then broil on high for 3-5 mins until charred. 5: Transfer to a blender or food processor including the juices, add cilantro, red wine vinegar and adjust salt; give it a blitz and enjoy!View original recipe
