What you need
cup mozzarella

egg yolk

cup feta

cup plain yogurt

tbsp instant yeast

cup milk

cup butter

tsp salt

tbsp sugar

tsp water
Instructions
1: Activate the yeast in the milk and yogurt for 5-10 minutes. 2: Sieve the flour in a mixing bowl, add the sugar and salt. 3: Add the beaten eggs and yeast mixture. 4: Mix using a Kitchenaid or dough blender until it comes off the bowl. 5: Add 1/3 of the butter and continue mixing. 6: Cover the dough and let it double in size for 1-2 hours depending on room temperature. 7: Place the dough on a floured surface, fold the edges and shape into a ball. 8: Divide in two and roll the dough. 9: Butter each rolled piece and add the cheeses. 10: Add the second rolled piece of dough and roll it altogether. 11: Cut into pieces and place on a greased pan. 12: Let it rise again for about 30 minutes to an hour. 13: Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes or until golden.View original recipe
