What you need

cup mayonnaise

tbsp red onion

cup cheddar cheese

tbsp banana pepper

tbsp capers

tsp lemon
green onion

tsp ground black pepper

tuna

salt

pickle

oz fat-free cream cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

french bread
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 450 F; 2. Drain Skipjack tuna fish cans and add to them to a skillet along with mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt and black pepper; top with cheddar and mozzarella and bake on the top rack for about 25 mins or until cheese is bubbly; 3. In the meantime prepare your topping by chopping red onion, green onion, pickles, banana peppers and mix with capers, olive oil and lemon juice; 4. Top the bubbly tuna melt with the zesty topping, serve with garlic rubbed crostini and enjoy!View original recipe
