tbsp champagne vinegar

tbsp dijon mustard

shallot

tsp maple syrup

tsp salt

Instructions
1: Bake bacon at 400 F. Once cooked, brush with maple Sriracha sauce and broil until caramelized. 2: Wash and trim green beans. 3: Salt generously your boiling water and boil beans for 7-9 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes. 4: For the dressing, mix all ingredients and pour over drained and pat-dried beans. 5: Add chopped bacon and mix. 6: Finish with more bacon and crumbled Stilton Blue cheese.View original recipe
