Cinnamon Roll

What you need

tbsp cinnamon

cup heavy whipping cream

tsp vanilla
egg

tsp salt

cup flour

oz cream cheese

cup sugar

tbsp butter

tsp active dry yeast

cup powdered sugar

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: Warm up milk and add yeast and sugar to it, stir and let it sit for a few minutes. 2: Add egg and beat it quickly. 3: Pour the mixture into the bowl of a hand stand mixer and add half of the flour, start kneading. 4: Add the rest of the flour and knead for about 10 minutes, then pour in melted butter and knead until absorbed. 5: Pour dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. 6: Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it proof in a preheated oven at around 125 F for an hour. 7: Prepare the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 8: Once dough has risen, roll it into an 18x12 inch rectangle. 9: Spread the butter and sprinkle the filling over the dough, then roll it up. 10: Cut into 11 rolls using a thread. 11: Place on a baking sheet, pour warm heavy whipping cream on each roll, and bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes. 12: Make the cream cheese frosting by beating cream cheese with butter, sugar, and vanilla. 13: Once rolls have slightly cooled, spread the frosting on top and enjoy!View original recipe
