tsp dijon mustard

black peppercorn
tsp italian seasoning
tsp iodized salt
clove garlic

thyme

lemon
red onion

yellow squash

zucchini squash

baby bell peppers

lb chuck roast
Instructions
1. Wash and chop all veggies and steak about the same size; 2. To make the marinade add all ingredients above to a jar and shake it well; pour over and let beef and veggies marinate for at least 15 minutes or even overnight; reserve some marinate for brushing while cooking; 3. Pierce on skewers and throw on a preheated grill at around 400-450 F; cook to desired doneness as you brush the remaining marinate and enjoy!View original recipe
