Roasted Honeynut Squash

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 F. 2: Wash, cut and de-seed your squash. 3: Melt butter and mix with honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and brush squash. 4: Roast squash for about 40 minutes, brushing with more butter mixture halfway through. 5: For the pecans, add pecans to a pan with 1 tablespoon of the butter/honey mixture and cook for a few minutes; place on parchment paper to cool. 6: Once the squash has roasted, finish with candied pecans, more honey, thyme and enjoy.View original recipe
