Instructions
1: Half zucchini lengthwise and score them; season with salt and place face down on paper towels to get the excess moisture out. 2: Preheat oven at 400 F. 3: Season zucchini with olive oil, salt and pepper and sear on both sides; transfer onto a baking sheet in the oven for about 15 mins. 4: To make the sauce, mix yogurt, garlic, dill, parsley, lemon zest and juice, salt and water. 5: Smear sauce on the zucchini or dip in and enjoy!View original recipe
