What you need

cup low fat buttermilk

cup all purpose flour

tbsp unsalted butter

whipped cream
egg
tsp baking powder

tsp vanilla bean paste

tsp salt

maple syrup

berry mix

tbsp cane sugar

tsp baking soda
Instructions
1. Beat egg with buttermilk, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth and then sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well; 2. Slowly incorporate the melted butter; 3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into a preheated waffle maker; add any toppings you like or leave then plain and cook them up; 4. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
