tbsp sriracha

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp mirin

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

1: Slice cabbage, julienne carrots, and roughly chop green onions. 2: To make the sauce, add all sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir. 3: Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil to a pan and sauté mushrooms until golden; move to the side.
