lb spaghetti
cup fresh tomatoes

cup kalamata olive

cup white wine
cup pasta water

tbsp capers

tbsp olive oil

tbsp parsley
Instructions
1: Sauté diced onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant; add tuna chunks and anchovies, followed by white wine and tomato sauce. 2: Salt your water and drop spaghetti. 3: Add Kalamata olives and capers into the pan and bring to a simmer; once pasta is cooked Al Dente, add it to the pan with some pasta water. 4: Cook for another 2 minutes; finish with parsley, black pepper, and lemon zest, garnish with a basil leaf and devour!View original recipe
