I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about Pesto + tuna combo but holy guacamole, this turned out so amazing and I can see the reason for all the hype. I made it open- faced as it looked too pretty to close it up with another piece of bread.
0 Whip/blend tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper until smooth consistency
1 Toast your bread and add your Pesto, tuna mouse, tomatoes, avocado, red onions, capers, green onions and dill
2 Squeeze some extra lemon juice (optionally) and enjoy!
