What you need

tsp ginger

tbsp honey

tsp sriracha

tbsp sesame oil

cup peanut butter

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

cup soybeans

cup cilantro
cup roasted cashews
Instructions
1. Cook chicken breast to your liking or use rotisserie chicken; (I air- fried mine) and shred it; 2. Thinly slice red cabbage, julienne carrots, chop Bibb lettuce, green onions, pineapple, cashews, red bell pepper, cilantro and mint; add to a large salad bowl; 3. To make the dressing- add all ingredients to a jar and give it a good shake; 4. Top with Dry Roasted Edamame, pour dressing over, mix well and indulge!View original recipe
