Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken and marinate with yogurt, Tandoori seasoning, lemon juice + zest, and salt for at least 30 minutes or overnight. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Sear chicken over a greased skillet/pan until charred on both sides. 4: Brush the remaining marinade along with all the juices, a drizzle of olive oil and finish cooking in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5: To make the rice, add all ingredients to a rice cooker. 6: To serve- add rice, chicken, red onions, cilantro, lemon chunks and enjoy a delicious meal!View original recipe
