Instructions
1: Bring 3/4 cup water to boil, add 1/2 cup rinsed bulgur and a pinch of salt; cover and cook on low until the water is fully absorbed; let it cool. 2: Wash and chop parsley, mint, tomatoes, red onion, green onions and add everything to a salad bowl along with cooked bulgur. 3: To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients together. 4: Cut pita into chips and season with olive oil, salt, and Za’atar; toast on a skillet. 5: Pour dressing over the salad, mix well and enjoy!View original recipe
