Sweet Butternut Squash Banitsa

What you need
cup vegetable oil

tsp cinnamon

lb butternut squash

tbsp butter

cup sugar

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1: Peel, de-seed and shred your squash. 2: Add squash, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla to a large bowl and mix well. 3: Mix butter and oil and brush your phyllo sheets; spread squash mixture, then roll 2 sheets, butter the roll and then swirl. 4: Repeat the same process 7 times as you wrap them around. 5: Brush the whole pie again and bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 50 mins or desired crispness. 6: Optionally sprinkle some powdered sugar and enjoy warm or cooled.View original recipe
