tbsp vegetable oil

tsp baking powder
Instructions
1: Add baking soda to the yogurt, stir and set aside. 2: Beat your eggs. 3: Mix melted butter with vegetable oil. 4: Stir in beaten eggs into the yogurt and crumble in your feta cheese. 5: Grease your casserole dish. 6: Start arranging the sheets, beginning with two sheets and adding butter. 7: Add one folded sheet, spread some egg/feta mixture, and continue layering until you run out of phyllo sheets and egg mixture. 8: Fold the edges and finish with two folded sheets. 9: Butter the top and cut into 15 squares. 10: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 30-35 minutes until golden and eggs are set. 11: Top off with vanilla powdered sugar and indulge.View original recipe
