1: Bring cream, sugar and vanilla to a gentle boil until the sugar dissolves, then set aside. 2: Half the lemons lengthwise, scoop out the inside and squeeze the juice. 3: Strain the strawberries through a strainer. 4: Add 1/4 cup lemon juice and the strawberry puree to the warm cream mixture and stir well. 5: Pour the mixture into the lemon skins/peels and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. 6: Optionally garnish with more strawberries and mint before serving.View original recipe
