What you need
tbsp sherry vinegar

cup parmigiano reggiano

slice prosciutto

ground black pepper
salt

cup extra-virgin olive oil

lb asparagus
oz mixed greens
Instructions
1. Wash, pat dry and trim asparagus; fold some prosciutto; season asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and drizzle a bit of olive oil on the prosciutto also; 2. Roast at 425 F for about 15 mins or until desired doneness; 3. To make the dressing blend all the ingredients above; 4.
