Instructions

1: Preheat air fryer to 390°F.

2: Drain, rinse, and par dry chickpeas. Add them to a parchment paper and season with olive oil, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper.

3: Air fry for about 20-25 minutes and let them cool.

4: To make the dressing, add all dressing ingredients and mix well until creamy.

5: Add spinach to a salad bowl, add crunchy chickpeas on top, pour dressing over, mix, and enjoy!
