tsp salt

oz cream cheese

bunch thyme sprigs

cup cherry tomato

slice bacon

crostini

oz bbq seasoning
Instructions
1: Score cream cheese on top and season with BBQ rub on all sides. 2: Add tomatoes to small pan, season with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. 3: Place cream cheese, tomatoes and bacon into your Electric Smoker and smoke at 250°F for 1.5 hours. 4: To serve- top cream cheese with bacon and tomatoes and enjoy with crostini!View original recipe
