What you need

lb ground lamb

green onion

garlic clove
tbsp fresh parsley

tsp fresh rosemary
tsp salt

black pepper

cup skim milk yogurt
english cucumber

tbsp dill

olive oil

sundried tomato halves

red onion
Instructions
1: To make the tzatziki, mix yogurt with chopped cucumbers, dill, garlic, salt, and drizzle with olive oil; store in the fridge. 2: To make the lamb mixture, mix ground lamb with green onions, parsley, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper; shape into 4 balls. 3: Place the balls on a flat top or skillet; add pita and press firmly with a saucepan until the meat comes to the edges of the pita. 4: Cook for about 4-5 minutes, flip over and cook for a couple more minutes; optionally tilt the pita and remove some fat. 5: Once pitas are cooked, add some tzatziki, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and green onions, then devour!View original recipe
