1 cup mayonnaise

1 ½ tsp dijon mustard

worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1: To make the dressing, add garlic cloves and salt to a mortar and grind them. Add anchovies and continue grinding until you have a flavorful paste. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice + zest, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

2: Chop romaine lettuce and dress it, then top with Parmigiano Reggiano.

3: Season the ground chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; spread it on tortillas and cook on a greased flat top over medium heat on both sides.

4: Top with Caesar salad, more Parmigiano Reggiano, crushed croutons, and enjoy!
