Instructions
1. Warm up heavy whipping cream and milk almost to the boiling point and set aside to cool; 2. Whisk egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and salt until pale yellow and immediately slowly incorporate the milk and cream mixture; 3. Pour into 4 ramekins and bake in a water bath at a preheated oven at 325F for about 35-40 mins; cover and let cool completely; then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight; 4. Right before serving sprinkle 2 tsp sugar on top and brule to desired caramelization; serve with berries and enjoy!View original recipe
