Instructions
1: Wash and cut peppers into strips; slice red onion and set aside. 2: Clean and butterfly shrimp and season with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, taco seasoning, and lime zest. 3: To make guacamole, smash avocado and mix with red onion, jalepeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. 4: Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil; season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning and cook until charred; make a well in the middle and quickly cook shrimp for about a minute per side. 5: Char your tortillas on a pan or directly on the gas burner. 6: To assemble, add guacamole, shrimp, and veggies; squeeze some extra lime and enjoy.View original recipe
