1: Preheat oven at 400 F. 2: Over medium heat melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; add wine and cook half way down; season with salt and pepper and lemon zest; turn heat on and add cream. 3: Pour the sauce over your clean seafood and make sure it’s well coated; bake for about 12 minutes. 4: In the meantime crush your crackers and mix with melted butter and Parmigiano Reggiano. 5: Top seafood with the crackers mixture and broil at 450 F for a few minutes until golden and enjoy with some charred lemon!View original recipe
