What you need

cup heavy whipping cream

tsp black pepper

lb jumbo shrimp

tsp salt
lb cod

cup parmigiano reggiano
lemon zest

tbsp butter

cup white wine

oz cracker

clove garlic clove
lb sea scallops

Instructions
1: Preheat oven at 400°F. 2: Over medium heat melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; add wine and cook halfway down; season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest; turn heat on and add cream. 3: Pour the sauce over your clean seafood and make sure it’s well coated; bake for about 12 minutes and baste once. 4: In the meantime, crush your crackers and mix with melted butter and Parmigiano Reggiano. 5: Top seafood with the cracker mixture and broil at 450°F for a few minutes until golden; enjoy with some charred lemon.View original recipe
