Rustic Cranberry-Pecan Bread

What you need

cranberries

extra-virgin olive oil

salt
yeast

all purpose flour
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a hand stand mixer and knead for about 5-10 mins on medium speed until you have well combined sticky dough; alternatively you can knead my hand; 2. Perform a coupe of series of stretch and fold to develop the gluten strands in 30 minutes intervals; 3. Cover dough and place in no draught area for at least 5 hours or overnight; 4. Shape the dough on a floured surface and place over parchment paper in your 4.5 qt Dutch oven or baker and score; 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 F covered for 35 mins and uncovered for 15 mins; 6. Now you have delicious homemade rustic loaf of bread! Enjoy!View original recipe
