What you need

oz all purpose flour

tsp instant yeast
tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

cup dried cranberries

cup pecan nuts
Instructions
1: Add all ingredients to a hand stand mixer and knead for about 5-10 mins on medium speed until you have well combined sticky dough; alternatively you can knead by hand. 2: Cover dough and place in no draught area for at least 5 hours or overnight. 3: Shape dough on a floured surface and place over parchment paper in your 4.5 qt Dutch oven or baker and score. 4: Bake in a preheated oven at 450 F covered for 40 mins and uncovered for 15 mins. 5: Now you have delicious homemade rustic loaf of bread!
