Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic Confit

This Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic Confit and Burrata appetizer simply melts in your mouth, loaded with flavor. The dish features roasted garlic confit drizzled over roasted tomatoes, topped with Burrata and garnished with basil chiffonade, served with garlic rubbed crostini.

Instructions
1: Preheat oven at 350°F. 2: Peel garlic and add to a small butter pot or ramekin along with olive oil, salt, and aromatics; cover and roast for about an hour. 3: Preheat oven to 450°F. 4: Add tomatoes to a skillet and pour the garlic confit over as you reserve some of the oil for other cooking purposes; season with salt and pepper and roast for about 15-20 mins. 5: Once roasted to perfection, top with Burrata, black pepper, basil chiffonade and enjoy with garlic rubbed crostini!View original recipe
