Roasted Garlicky Tomatoes, Artichokes and Goat Cheese Appetizer with Garlic Rubbed Crostini

What you need

tsp dill
tsp parsley

thyme

oz goat cheese

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp crushed red pepper

ground black pepper
tsp salt
clove garlic

oz artichoke hearts
oz cherry tomato
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F; 2. Add tomatoes, artichokes, garlic, salt and olive oil to a skillet and mix; place goat cheese in the middle, drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle crushed peppers; add thyme; 3. Roast for about 25 mins and broil for 5 mins; 4. To make the crostini- slice baguette, drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on a skillet until charred; then rub with a garlic clove; 5. Once cooked, finish with fresh parsley, dill and black pepper; add to your crostini, along with the delicious juices and enjoy!View original recipe
