oz grape tomato

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

oz goat cheese

tsp fresh parsley

tsp fresh dill

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 450 F. 2: Add tomatoes, artichokes, garlic, salt and olive oil to a skillet and mix; place goat cheese in the middle, drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle crushed peppers; add thyme. 3: Roast for about 25 mins and broil for 5 mins. 4: To make the crostini, slice baguette, drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on a skillet until charred; then rub with a garlic clove. 5: Once cooked, finish with fresh parsley, dill and black pepper; add to your crostini along with the delicious juices and enjoy!View original recipe
