Instructions
1: Cut the top off a garlic head, season with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast until soft and caramelized; (I roasted in the air fryer at 350 F for 30 mins). 2: Peel, wash and cube potatoes; boil until fork tender. 3: Drain the water and push potatoes through a mesh sieve while still hot; squeeze and run the garlic through as well; add butter and mix until butter has melted; pour cream and milk and mix well. 4: Finish with some melted butter, chives and enjoy!View original recipe
