Deliciously roasted garlic butter split lobster tails, perfect for a special meal. These lobster tails are broiled to perfection and topped with a rich roasted garlic butter sauce made from melt-in-your-mouth garlic, butter, and fresh chives. Serve with lemon wedges for a burst of flavor.

Instructions
1: Cut the top off your garlic head; drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper and air fry at 400 F for 25-30 minutes until golden. 2: Rinse lobster tails and split them lengthwise; de-vein and pat dry; season with butter, salt and pepper. 3: Broil on high for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 135-140 F. 4: Once garlic has roasted, squeeze it into the melted butter and crack some black pepper; blend using an immersion blender; mix in chives, lemon juice and smoky chili flakes. 5: Brush lobster tails with the delicious roasted garlic butter, top with more chives and enjoy with extra lemon wedges!View original recipe
