tbsp pine nut

tbsp lemon

tsp ground black pepper

tsp kosher salt

chicken breast
cup extra-virgin olive oil
cup parmigiano reggiano

cup cherry tomato

garlic

cup basil
Instructions
1. To make the basil pesto- add all ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz; set aside 2. Pat dry and season chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper; 3. Add olive oil to a pan and sear the breast skin on first until golden; flip, add tomatoes, another drizzle of olive oil, adjust salt and pepper and transfer into a preheated oven at 400 F and cook for another 10-15 mins or until internal temperature is at least 165 F; 4.
