Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Wash, cut, and de-seed your squash. 3: Melt butter and mix with honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then brush the mixture on the squash. 4: Roast for about 40 minutes, brushing more butter mixture once halfway through. 5: To make the pecans, add them to a pan with 1 tablespoon of the butter/honey mixture and cook for a few minutes, then place on parchment paper to cool. 6: Once squash has roasted, finish with candied pecans, more honey, thyme, and enjoy.View original recipe
