What you need

yellow onion
clove garlic

jalapeno pepper

cilantro

olive oil
tsp salt

black pepper
tsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
0 Peel and wash tomatillos and cut in half if any are significantly larger than others 1 Roughly chop and split the layers of the onion and de-seed jalapeño 2 Add tomatillos, onions, garlic and jalapeños to a baking sheet and season with olive oil, salt and pepper 3 Bake at 500 F for 10 mins, then broil on high for 3-5 mins until charred 4 Transfer to a blender or food processor including the juices, add cilantro, red wine vinegar and adjust salt; give it a blitz and enjoy!View original recipe
