yellow onion
dill

tsp black peppercorn

garlic clove

cup water

cup apple cider vinegar

tbsp salt

tbsp sugar
Instructions
1: To make the marinade, add all ingredients in the marinade section to a saucepan and bring to boil, then set aside to cool. 2: Wash and slice cucumbers and onion, then start arranging your jars with layers of onions and cucumber slices. 3: Add black peppercorn and dill, and once the marinade has cooled off, pour over and close the lid tightly. 4: Store in the refrigerator and enjoy with burgers, sandwiches, salads, or simply as a snack!View original recipe
