cup cotija cheese

cup cilantro

whole wheat tortilla

jalapeno

garlic

cup cabbage

avocado

Instructions
1. Slice pork belly and season with your favorite Mexican/taco seasoning and sear over med heat on both sides; 2. To make the cilantro avocado Crema add all ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz; 3. Char your tortillas and assemble cabbage, pork belly, pickled onions, cilantro avocado Crema, jalapeños, crumbled Cotija cheese and enjoy!View original recipe
