What you need

cup water

cup rice vinegar
lime

sugar

tsp salt

clove garlic

tsp black peppercorn
Instructions
0 Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to boil just enough for the sugar to dissolve 1 Peel and slice onions and add to a jar, along with garlic cloves, boiling vinegar mixture, lime juice +rind and peppercorns 2 Shake and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight and enjoy!View original recipe
